A serial entrepreneur - Carolyn Rumpel started her career at Gartner Group as an analyst helping technology professionals to make multi-million dollar technology decisions.

After her success at Gartner Group, Rumpel played a critical role developing the go-to-market strategy for HealthGate's hospital content portal in preparation for HealthGate's public offering in 1999.

In 2000 Rumpel served as the Director of Salary.com's Consumer Business - helping to launch Salary.com from an unknown entity to the number one online compensation source for consumers though implementing critical business development relationships to include AOL and Yahoo.

Just prior to life as a mom - Rumpel served a stint at AMICAS in a operations capacity - internally implementing a CRM application - and externally - serving as the customer satisfaction liaison between AMICAS customers and the CEO.

Carolyn played Division I Basketball and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Davidson College. Carolyn was recently inducted in to Davidson's Athletic Hall of Fame.
